If you’re wandering around Central World with an empty tummy I would highly advise you stop and try Triple-O’s famous burgers, they are big juicy and wonderful! All their burgers are made with 100% pure beef patties. They even have a breakfast menu! And another perk about eating in CW in general is that you can enjoy your meal while surfing the net, they have Wifi available!

The Menu: They have a breakfast menu, and a lot of big burger combo meals, and even a veggie burger combo for you wonderful vegetarians (I salute you!)
What I Ate: I eat the Triple O’s original burger combo (200 baht, approx $6 US) which was delicious, topped with famous Triple “O” sauce, lettuce, and tomoato, comes with french fries and a 12oz coke, mmm, I was actually heading there today! LOL
The Staff: The staff in my many visits to Triple O’s was great, friendly and spoke a tiny bit of English
The Bathroom: Triple O’s is inside Central World, so you’ll need to use the public restrooms there, which are always big and kept very clean

Conclusion:
Extras: Wifi available in Central World
Fun Fact: The first Triple O’s was opened in downtown Vancouver in 1995. Now there are 44 in Canada, 5 in Hong Kong and one in Bangkok.

Sunrise Tacos

The Menu: The menu at Sunrise Tacos in Bangkok is awesome if you are a mexican food lover, they have all the basic (americanized) mexican dishes, like tacos of course, nachos, chicken tortilla soups, chicken wings, and you can even build your own tacos. They have monster burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, and enchiladas too, with some great guacamole dips, and for salsa they have tons, which I personally LOVE! Tomato (mild), Sunrise Salsa (medium), Much Mango (medium), Lalo’s Hot and Sweet (medium), John’s Hot (hot), John’s Super Hot (hottest) gotta love that hot hot stuff! For drinks they have margarita’s, all kinds of beers including Corona and Salitos (tequila beer)

Bar-B-Q Plaza is my absolute favorite fire place Yakiniku and Shabu Shabu restaurant in the world, it’s a chain restaurant so you can find them all over Thailand, TONS are in Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Khon Kaen, and everywhere, so you have a great advantage if you fall in love with BBQ Plaza as I have

The Menu: The menu is filled with fresh sliced meats, such as chicken, pork tenderloin, ham, beef, bacon, seafoods such as fresh shrimp, mahi-mahi, squid, and many others, veggies such as baby corn, lettuce, noodles and you can get other dishes like gyoza, fried bacon with a tasty sauce, and pork neck with a spicy sauce which is delicious! The Bathroom: Usually they have outside bathrooms that you’ll need to use since most BBQ Plaza’s are inside shopping malls and shopping centers

Conclusion:
Barbq Plaza is the best! It has fresh meat and veggies and the sauce is fantastic, you can mix in as much garlic and chili’s as you want, and their restaurants are located just about everywhere in Thailand. It’s easily my personal favorite restaurant in all of Thai :)

Gazebo Nightclub is right around the corner from Kao San Road, it’s a great place to sit and chill, smoking shisha and watching the band under the gazebo’s, it’s an open air rooftop area and the bands are usually pretty good. For those that prefer the clubbing scene rather than live bands, you can head inside and they have the DJ mixes and dance club area too. I don’t really like paying entrance fee, but Gazebo might actually be worth the 300 baht entrance fee. It is actually voted and ranked as the #2 best bars in the world at Lonely Planet, the article is here
