Website: Currently no website.
Call: 022536265
Address: Shop No. 121, Next to Soi 7, Sukhumvit Road, (opposite First Pacific Place), Bangkok 10110, Thailand
New Bukhara’s was a really small and nice little restaurant in the heart of Sukhuvmit road in Bangkok. The staff was friendly, the place was nice and clean, bathrooms small but clean and the food really was great. I will be visiting there again soon.
The Menu: The menu has pretty much every category of indian cuisine you can think of.
What I Ate: As always when I eat at any indian restaurant I order the chicken tikka masala. This place might have the best tasting masala sauce I’ve had in Thailand! And I eat a LOT of chicken masala.

Chateaubriand House of Steak
“Find a great steak!”
Open everyday: 10am to 9:30pm
Website: http://www.facebook.com/ChateaubriandHouseOfSteak
Call: 021085111
Address: The Promenade, 2nd Floor, room 2010-2011, 589/7-9 Ranindra Road, Khannayao, Bangkok 10230
Chateaubriand House of Steak is brand new, it just opened May 18, 2012 in The Promenade shopping mall. In this posh new mall there are lots of great restaurants but Chateaubriand looked the best at first glance. The food was delicious, the service was very good, and the atmosphere is nice. For 2 people the cost was about 1000 baht. It’s worth checking out!
The Menu: There are a lot of different steaks, from grilled sirloins, seared salmon, blackened cod in arrabiata sauce, pork chops with shitake mushrooms in a cream sauce, grilled beef ribeyes, rack of lamb steaks and also some basic pasta dishes too. There’s also a couple of desserts (only 2 on the menu at this time).
What I Ate: I tried the seared salmon, was also very tender, juicy, laying in a bed of spinach and cream sauce. The grilled sirloin steak, tasted so juicy and tender, almost as if it’s a roasted beef, it was delicious. Also a side order of french fries, they were great too, they are the crinkle cut type, I love those!
The Staff: Very friendly and helpful, no problems there!
The Bathroom: It’s right nearby Chateaubriand, walk outside the restaurant and The Promenade provides very clean and fancy restrooms.

Bangkok is quite fortunate when it comes to food deliver services. We’ve been blessed with 4 solid Bangkok delivery service companies (that I know of). For those of you who use the 4 Bangkok food delivery services, I’d like to get everyone’s feedback and experiences dealing with the 4 popular sites.
1. Food By Phone
Food By Phone – This was the first delivery service I was introduced to back in 2007, but it was founded in 1998 by Marc Hagelauer and Rungrudee Suwannake. I like a lot of the restaurants they have here, also they have a top 50 items ordered (the top 3 being 1. Hummus from Beirut, 2. Shawarma Chicken Sandwich from Beirut, 3. Tabuleh from Beirut), safe to assume they have a huge customer base of Beirut Lebanese Restaurant lovers! To be totally honest though, the mark-up prices combined with the delivery fee at Food By Phone makes them quite overpriced compared to the other food delivery services I know of.
2. Chefs XP
Chefs XP – Chefs XP is what I normally use when ordering food online in Bangkok. They advertise as usually having no mark-up pricing on their food items, and delivery fee is only 60 baht per restaurant, so usually Chefs XP is
3. Food Panda
Food Panda – Food Panda just opened in March this year 2012. I have no personal experience with Food Panda yet, but I will post my experiences soon as I plan to try them. I like their aim to have a food delivery service in every major city in Thailand eventually. I also like that you can search restaurants in your specific districts in Bangkok. Lets hope they are success!
3. Go Tasty
Go Tasty – GoTasty is the smart online food-delivery in Bangkok, Thailand. We offer a convenient, easy and reliable way to order a variety of food from one of our many restaurant alliances, delivered right to your doorstep! Currently, we are open for delivery in Bangna and Phra Khanong, Mon-Sat 10:00-21:00 hrs. See their Facebook page here.
Please post your experiences in the comments area or email them to me here.

The Menu: Hardrock has tons of all American favorites, like the Legendary 10oz. Burgers, Hard Rock nachos, pulled pork bbq sandwiches, steaks, ribs, any many more.
What I Ate: I ate the hickory-smoked pulled pork sandwich, with french fries and baked beans, also a side order of their yummy twisted mac and cheese. The pork sandwich was jam packed with pork! I asked for an extra dish of bbq sauce so I could drench the sandwich in the sauce, it was very delicious!
The Staff: The staff at Hard Rock mostly speak really good English, I think quite a few of these employee’s studied abroad in England or USA, because very fluent English skills.

Air Asia has introduced a few new menu items on board their Thai Air Asia flights. I’ve been flying with Air Asia for years and was never really interested in trying the menu items aside from coffee, tea, waters, etc. But on my latest flight from Bangkok to Ho Chi Min City (Saigon), I was browsing their menu and see they have the new “Tortilla A’la Tuna” and it looked delicious in the pictures.
I ordered it, it’s pretty big and meaty filled with tuna. And I absolutely love it! And it’s only Only 90 THB (approx $3 usd). “This Tortialla A’la Tuna recipe has been created by Seefah Restaurant”, said Mr. Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai Air Asia.

Chomview Seafoods is a great place to go with family and friends. You get lots of fresh seafoods to choose from, also many typical thai dishes. There is a great ambience in this open air restaurant and also a live band with really nice and chill music.
The Menu:
What I Ate:
The Staff: The staff speaks little to no English, so much better if you go to Chomview with your thai friends or girlfriends. Other than that, staff is friendly and good service.
The Bathroom: There are 2 bathrooms, both super small but usually kept pretty clean.

Bangkok Burger Co. is definitely a great choice for anyone in the mood for a true American style, American sized cheeseburger or specialty burger in Thailand.
The Menu: Find your favorite gourmet burgers here at Bangkok Burger Company. They have many rare types of burgers like The Sgt. Pepper, The Good Fella, The Carbonnara, The Aussie Burger, The Triple Cheese, The Gastro, The Yankee, The Cajun Chicken, The Philly Steak, The Swiss Burger, The Falafel, The Reggae Reggae, and many more! Also there are lots of side orders, salads and many drinks too. They also say “we use only prime cuts of aged charolais beef in our secret burger recipe” and also “our freshly made buns are served straight from our baker’s oven for that famous bbc taste!”
What I Ate: I ordered the Bacon Cheese Large. The burger was probably the thickest and fattest beef patty I’ve eaten in Bangkok. So the beef portion was huge, but I’ve tasted better burgers. The side order comes with steak fries, very rare to find in Thailand, and these were very delicious. I ordered an extra side order of baked beans for 37 baht, and this was the smallest portion of any dish I’ve seen in my life.
The Staff: I ordered from Chefs XP so this is N/A
